My Goals:
Goal is to lose this extra weight that came from who knows where and feel better about myself. Extra baggage needs to go since I think/feel that it makes my MS and bulging discs worse.

My Program:
Have been working out at least 10 minutes per day but recently fell off the wagon. Hoping to re-start very soon!

Personal Information:
Currently living in MA and not liking it! Cold, Cold...Brrrr!

Thank you for adding me, also. I do squeeze in exercise five days a week (I just do not track it often since I do not burn so much that it would overly impact my total calorie intake range.) It's my sanity restoration time, lol. Yoga is my favorite, and for cardio I'm slowly working on working running into my walks.
