Thank you for adding me, also. I do squeeze in exercise five days a week (I just do not track it often since I do not burn so much that it would overly impact my total calorie intake range.) It's my sanity restoration time, lol. Yoga is my favorite, and for cardio I'm slowly working on working running into my walks.
