Goal is to lose this extra weight that came from who knows where and feel better about myself. Extra baggage needs to go since I think/feel that it makes my MS and bulging discs worse.

My Program:
Have been working out at least 10 minutes per day but recently fell off the wagon. Hoping to re-start very soon!

Personal Information:
Currently living in MA and not liking it! Cold, Cold...Brrrr!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. Oh, to have a migraine while trying to study!!! UGH!! I can't imagine! I had my very first one at around 9 or 10 years of age while playing peewee softball. I remember looking up while trying to catch a fly ball, but couldn't see it for a big blind spot. I couldn't see and started getting nauseated and vomiting. That was just the first in a line of years of this sort of phenomenon. My mom and dad didn't understand. I would panic and say I couldn't see and my dad would say what do you mean you can't see? I couldn't explain just being a child and of course I would pass out to sleep and then it would be gone. I was told at 16-17 I was just anemic so for years thought that I was all that was wrong with me until I turned 22 and was finally diagnosed after having one while pregnant and they thought I was having a stroke because, again I couldn't see, the side of my face was tingling, numb, and so was my arm. My blood pressure was through the roof and I was vomiting. Turns out several tests in the ER later they diagnosed me with Migraine. It was so nice to have a name with what had plagued me for all those years. Of course, in those days it was just 1, at max 2 a year. Not bad at all, only over the last year did it take a nasty turn for the worst. I am so glad to have found some relief and so glad to know that their are others out there who know and understand what I am going through.
