After four years on SparkPeople, I have made some noteworthy self-discoveries. This is the first time I have ever made a lasting commitment to exercise regularly, made a deliberate decision and consistent effort to lose weight, and believed myself capable of reaching my goals. At the end of the day, the degree of your mental fortitude is the determining factor in your success. Whatever your situation that is something you have the power to control!

Sorry to hear that you're having a problem. It's time to re-evaluate what you are doing. If you don't see the problem there then it may be medical... Thyroid or your metabolism may be more sluggish than you thought possible. Has anything happened lately that wasn't there before. Stress could be a factor... I would re- evaluate first. I hope that things work out for you. Keep me posted.

Thanks for commenting on my blog - I hope you find the pumpkin yogurts - I really like them!

And I know what you mean about the occasional treat - I'm learning that since this is a lifestyle change, I can't deny myself completely or I will just eat more - I just have to learn to eat in moderation
