Hi! I'm Lindsey and I recently moved to New Hampshire in June 2012. I started my weightloss January 2006 wieghing in at 265 pounds.. By the time I graduated college in 2009 I had lost 65 pounds! Sadly with all of the changes I've experienced with jobs, personal life and moving I have gained all of the weight I lost :(

So I'm here to do it again. But for good this time.

My Program:
I plan to Strength train 3x a week.

30 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week.




Personal Information:
I love music!

Other than that I work at a desk job. I have my BA in Psychology and someday I hope to go on to earn a Masters Degree in Nutrition.

I moved to New Hampshire a year ago. I love it here but at the same time I don't have a huge support system so some days are a struggle.

Glad to see you're still kicking! You can do it! Just fight and claw your way back into a healthy way of life, put yourself and your body's needs first! Everyone needs a healthy diet and exercise, the benefits come with that and are great! emoticon Just reset goals, one step at a time, one foot in front of the other. We are here for you.
