Ready for a new Meeeee

Hi. Im a mom of 3 adult kids, I have 6 grandchildren and love animals. I live in Mascoutah IL which is about 30 min from the St Louis Arch.
This is my second time losing for me, I have lost 56 lbs a few years ago but got discouraged because of the flabby skin and gave up. I hope to have that problem again lol.

I was sad to hear that you had one of "those" days the other day....we all get those days every once in a while and the advice you got on the thread was great. When I have a day like that I look in the mirror, give myself a "talking" to (mostly positive words....negativeness always make me feel more guilty,,,angry etc.) I remind myself that I am human....not perfect...will do better whether it is the next meal or next day.... than I let it go.
Hope today is a better day for you...and when you feel a downward spiral starting.....take a deep breath and ask why? than proceed with caution.

You are welcome...for the goodie and the advice. I found taking things a little slower at the beginning is less stressful in the end and much easier to maintain a "streak".....a long chain of days in a row of accomplishing that goal. Have a great day.....I am going to add you to my spark friend list if that's OK....that way we can keep in touch easier. emoticon
