I was sad to hear that you had one of "those" days the other day....we all get those days every once in a while and the advice you got on the thread was great. When I have a day like that I look in the mirror, give myself a "talking" to (mostly positive words....negativeness always make me feel more guilty,,,angry etc.) I remind myself that I am human....not perfect...will do better whether it is the next meal or next day.... than I let it go. Hope today is a better day for you...and when you feel a downward spiral starting.....take a deep breath and ask why? than proceed with caution.
