Maintaining Me!

In the almost four years I've been on Spark, I've lost 124 pounds, maintained two healthy pregnancies, ran numerous 5ks, 3 10ks and 3 half marathons. I will be running my first full marathon in February 2014.

Losing weight has been an incredible journey and I can't wait to rewrite the rest of my history as I continue to maintain me!
