1)To eat a balance diet.
2)Keep a good portion control
3)Walk 10,000 steps daily
4)Practice Yoga every day of the month and meditation 20 days at least
5)Strength exercise once a week

Thank you so much for your support about my not drinking diet soda!
I am just pleased that, like smoking, it's one of those vices I can give up and never have to have, again. Not like eating, LOL.

I AM FINE, AND KEEPING GOING, A LITTLE TIRED, BUT I CAN WALK, MOVE, SO I AM BLESSED, I HAVE A FRIEND WITH MS AND SHE TRULY IS AN INSPIRATION TO ME, AS SHE CAN NOT WALK NOR USE HER LEFT ARM, BUT NOTHING STOPS HER. WHENEVER MY BODY IS WEARY, I THINK OF HER AND PUSH INTO MY MIND I CAN DO THIS, LITTLE STEPS ARE FINE.
