CJ's Coming out of her Cocoon
It's so great to have found this site that is fun to play with, full of information and free. The three F's? LOL. I am married with two chidren, DD/16 and DS/6. I earn money by being a 911 dispatcher. My biggest job right now is the "me project". I truly feel like I'm coming out into the light and finding who I really am. I have lost 110 pounds, give or take, and still want to lose 20-30 more. I have learned in these 100 pounds that it's not all about the food. ...

I have lost 110 pounds, give or take, and still want to lose 20-30 more. I have learned in these 100 pounds that it's not all about the food. It's not all about my willpower or lack of it. I've known the food/water/exercise requirements for ages. I never knew how to CARE for myself before. That is the big deal. Hushing the drill sergeant is the one thing that is different for me this time. It feels healthy and permanent. Yay me. CJ -------------------------------------

My Goals:
Exercise of some form 5-6 days/week. Eat food in calorie and % ranges. 80 oz minimum water/day. Avg 100 oz.
My Program:
Eat low glycemic, no or very little wheat; low refined foods in the ratios: 40-50% carbs 25-30% fat and protein each. 3 days of strength training/week. Cardio and/or yoga on other days.
