    Rowdy Rebels, it's week 5 and we are on our way to Alaska. Let's plan for lots of exercise, plenty of healthy snacks, and monitoring our fiber intake. I'm going to challenge you to push yourself just a little more, if you can, and do 5 or 10 minutes more exercise than you normally do this week.
