ONE DAY AT A TIME!

We homeschool our 3 children: 7, 10, and 14 in Northeast Nebraska. I weigh 180 and want to get down to 130. (Size 14 to 8) I'm trying the Fit Yummy Mummy System which focuses on losing "baby fat". Mine isn't really baby fat, but she has a terrific workout program of only 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I'm pressed for time, but that's doable. As soon as I get over my head cold, I'll start the workout plan. I've already made strides in my nutrition. I love the nutrition tracker. I'm not sure ...

As soon as I get over my head cold, I'll start the workout plan. I've already made strides in my nutrition. I love the nutrition tracker. I'm not sure how I'll use the workout tracker with Fit Yummy Mummy workouts.

I also have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, along with bipolar type 2 (not as severe as regular) and anxiety disorder. It will be interesting to see how they factor in to my workout program. Nurontin helps the fibromyalgia, so maybe I'll be fine or just need to increase the dose a little.

My Goals:
To eat supportive meals more than 75% of the time.

To eat 10 servings of freggies each day.

To exercise at least 15 minutes every day except Sunday.

PLAN 3-4 "Indulgences" per week.

My Program:
I plan to do strength training exercises and interval training on alternate days.

I also plan to use the elliptical trainer for some light to moderate exercise.

I am "cleaning up" my eating habits and plan to continue that. I gave up Dr. Pepper and no longer crave it! HOORAY!

Personal Information:
I "are" an Aggie! Gig 'em Texas A&M! Class of '87. ANY AGGIES OUT THERE??

I have multiple health issues and am a little apprehensive about starting an exercise program after being sedentary for so long (2-3 years) and it's been a good 18 years since I've done any serious aerobic training. In college I was very fit (I used to play INTENSE racket ball - remember racket ball?), so I know what I'm missing.



Other Information:
I enjoy reading - my favorite book and movies are Pride and Prejudice.

I love horses. I think they are the most beautiful creatures God created. I draw them sometimes, from horse calendars my wonderful hubby gets me every year.

I enjoy taking digital photos, but am horrible at managing them! ANY TIPS HERE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Hi there I have put 10 cups of fluids in the start page I had no clue I could customize the goals like that . I am not at all enlightened about computers it is a struggle for me. I am glad you talked about the freggies . Pat in Maine.
