My Goals:
My goal is to become HEALTHIER for life. I now have a daily exercise regimen and eat a more balanced diet. Losing weight is just the icing on the cake!
My Program:
I faithfully log all of my food intake into the Nutrition Tracker so I stay within my calorie range and my nutrients are balanced. As for my exercise routine, I'm currently working out to Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk and am now running on the C25K program. Who knew exercise could be so fun?
Personal Information:
I'm a 40 something from Prattville, Alabama. My husband and I have been happily married for 25 years and have two daughters and one GORGEOUS granddaughter.

I'm a huge NASCAR fan--Carl Edwards, in the #99 car, is my absolute favorite driver. BEWARE THE DUCK!!
Auburn University football--War Eagle! Need I say more?
Camping with the family. We love to go anytime, anywhere in our pop-up camper!
Reading--a few of my favorite authors are Patricia Cornwell, James Patterson and John Grisham. I love the courtroom and murder genre!
As a transplant from the SF Bay Area, I'm a lifelong fan of the San Francisco Giants, the San Francisco 49ers and the San Jose Sharks! Go teams!!
