Knows Better, Now Trying to Do Better

I have weighed between 117 pounds and 185 pounds throughout my life. I know the good and the bad, but somewhere in the last 5 years I have lost the will to put into consistent practice the things that I know. I am going to start doing better, because I definitely know better.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 20 more pounds. I am 5'5 or 5'4 and allowed myself to get up to 165, which is more than the 140 I try to maintain. Now, I would like to not only get down to 130 ( I have already lost 15 lbs), but I would also like to become more physically active.

My Program:
I ride my bike for 1.5 hours 3 days a week. On three other days, I do calistenics/circuits

Personal Information:
I am from Houston, TX, and striving to become vegetarian again. Chicken seems to be calling me with a vengeance, but I am hopeful that as of August 1, 2011, I can become vegetarian, and eventually vegan.

Other Information:
If it were easy, everyone would do it!

This week has been up and down. I have increased my cardio to burn 1,000 calories 4 times a week. My calorie count is decent, but my nutrition is horrible. I need to sit down and plan meals, and I need to go back to packing my meals each day as if I were back to work. It gets easier.
