This week has been up and down. I have increased my cardio to burn 1,000 calories 4 times a week. My calorie count is decent, but my nutrition is horrible. I need to sit down and plan meals, and I need to go back to packing my meals each day as if I were back to work. It gets easier. 2461 days ago
