Mom of many needs to get in shape to keep up

Hi I am a proud mom to 5 kids. A 9 year old, a 6 year old and three 4 year olds (who are suviving quadruplets). Needless to say after carrying 4 babies at one time my abs are out of shape. I want to increase my abdominal strength, tone up and lose about 25 pounds.

My journey will be with Jullian Michaels Body Revolution, and following my own plant strong meal plan of 1200-1400 calories a day. In December I took a part time job at my triplets preschool and gained 10 pounds, eek, I ...

I am finally ready to get going again, take off that 10 I gained back and the 15 more I wanted to lose. I would like to lose 25 pounds total to get to my goal weight.

I found the flaxseed muffin recipe in the Cycle 1 Recipe thread of the 17DD Team. They're pretty good (for low-carb). Especially with a little sugar free jam. Satisfies the bread craving.
