Do listen to the lectures of Richard Bernstein M.D. on YouTube on Diabetes as he has a new series of 18. I read his book "the Diabetes Solution" since I have Insulin Resistance (pre-diabetes). He has had Type 1 diabetes since he was 12 but is a healthy 78 now.
