I feel a lot better too when I'm active on here and actually posting. Unfortunately, I've been sick since I posted last. So I haven't even been on the computer for the past week.

Vanillabear: I had a weekend full of falling off the wagon and eating way more than I should have. I had intentions of tracking while I ate all weekend long, which also didn't happen. I didn't even get on SparkPeople on Sunday. It's discouraging to set goals and then not achieve them.
