My goal is to find the Health Jessica inside.
Over all goal is 80 lbs (as long as I don't look sickly)
I don't have a time frame on that goal at this time because I don't wanna put to much pressure on myself and set myself up for failure. Me setting goals are a new thing as of last year when I quit smoking.
1st goal 7 lbs bootcamp! 2/10 reward
2nd goal 7 lbs 3/10 (14) reward
3rd goal 7lbs 4/7 (21) reward
4th goal 7lbs 5/5 (28) reward
5th goal 7lbs 5/27 (35) reward
The program I will be using to help me with my diet will be weight watchers. My work has offered it for us. So i will have a support group close to me within work along with the people hear on spark.
As for excerise I am not to sure the exact program.
I am doing the 28 day boot camp for the first 28 days! And I will be using my works gym as well for the cardio.
My name is Jessica! I am 39 years old, closer to 40. And I don't want to live the way I am now.
I live in NJ. I have 2 children 13 yo girl and a 2 yo boy. I have my handsful. And I want to be able to be active with them.
I want to be able to create a to do list before I am 50 with things that are cool and fun that my kids would want to do as well.
I am not a goal oreinted person, so me setting the steps in my goals is a major deal. But I finally have them in writting. They are no longer wishes!
I am glad for you that you are working hard to get your life in order and strengthening your whole core -- physical and emotional. Don't let anyone-- even yourself-- call you lazy - that is someone else's mis-labelling of you. You are strong and getting stronger, and just facing challenges that could wear anyone down... but you ARE Getting stronger. More power to you.
