I am a vegan girl. Since becoming vegan i started testing out lots of new cake and baking recipes, and also cooking for one is difficult so portions are often larger and i eat everything (i cant stop eating until its empty), so my weight started increasing, and it wont stop. I dont really exercise a lot either and have a busy life with work, studies and i also like being in front of computer, playing or searching internet or chatting with my boyfriend.

My Goals:
I wanna be below 55 kg again, and have better condition, more toned muscles, and just looking and feeling great =D

My Program:
I will try to stop eating in evening, to eat more normal portion sizes and not overeating, and i will try to exercise bit more.

Personal Information:
I'm from Bergen, Norway and im 23 years old. Currently i'm studying a master while working part time.

Other Information:
I like spending time on the computer playing online games or chatting with my bf or just reading stuff on internet or watching movies or series.

Welcome to the Weekly Challenge Team emoticon  introduce yourself and let the rest of the team know you. Go to the Roll Call thread and let us all know you joined the team. We would love to know a bit more about you. 

Come join the "August 2013 Fitness Minutes" challenge. You decide for yourself how many minutes your August goal will be. Then you come back as often as possible and write what you've done so far. The goal is to meet the goal you set. This is how I started to exercise. I went from 10 minutes 3 days a week to 60 minutes 6 days a week. I also lost 4 inches last month. BONUS  emoticon

Motivation and support are definite priorities in our group.
