My goal is to get from 186 right now to about 140 lbs. I am doing it for my self, my baby, and my boyfriend. Its getting easier to do it now that its getting warm out cuz i can get out the house and take the baby on walks with me. Its very tough losing weight. I have lost about 15 lbs since i had the baby 4 months ago. I was 200 lbs when i had her.
I am starting to eat healhier and starting to work out a little more its been tough since its been snow on the ground and not meing able to get out the house. I walk everyday.
I personally like to crochet. It helps to pass the time. Wish i could exercise some how while sitting down and crocheting but i know thats immpossible.
