Hello, I read your huddle so I thought I drop by to lend some support. I am reading you feel aches and are tired. Well, If possible maybe some yoga or meditation can help with both. Maybe some tea and a good book to help relax you?
Of course if you like where the weather is as hot as it is here in NY (heat-wave) than maybe just rest and plenty of water can help ease some aches and feel less tired.
I hope you feel better. Just remember it is OK to stop and take care of yourself and when you are able get right back on track. You will do it!
