If I am going to do this, and I am, then I better do it right. So no more excuses or hesitations. This isn't fun for me. I would be kidding myself if I said it was. This is necessary, though. Maybe it could become fun for me, but I am not motivated by that. I need to lose weight. I am fat. I need to be healthier. I've been lazy. I abused my body and told my self that it was okay. It isn't and it has to change.
So now comes the hard work and the saying no to things that I ...

Hi. I am a 50 year old mother of 2 girls. Love them to pieces. I work in health care..long term care..as an aide. I alternately love it and hate it. I have a clean but cluttered house in a small town on the prairies in Canada. I have recently decided to start to care about my weight. I would like to lose 50 more pounds and the 3 I gained back for a total of 75.

Other Information:
my life is fabulous. Good friends. Good kids. Warm house. Steady work. Just have to trim my waistline a bit.....

This is a great plan. Let's check in on the spark page. Keep it simple and light but if we have a serious/personal issue we will email. Keep in mind that I work shifts and can get forgetful especially while I am on nightshift. (Omg gross!)

So, I am thinking a weekly check in? (more if you want or need). I just need someone to be accountable to. I know we aren't going to go walking 'together' or work out at the same place or time, but someone I can "Hey, I'm having a bad day, or I gained a pound yesterday (and ate like a bird :))...
