    I get it, some days I don't even want to get out of bed... But I hate what will become of me if I do that. Small stuff, one thing at a time. Just focus on breakfast for 2 weeks. That's it. You can do that. who cares about the rest of the meals, just make breakfast count until May!!!

    I'm doing good, but hating the snow and cold, so happy that it is starting to warm up, the girls (my dogs) have been getting some good walks in, they love it, and honestly, I do too! Have a great weekend, and remember, you can do 1 thing for 2 weeks!!

    So, as you know I didn't work out last week due to travel, and I didn't have a very good eating weekend. Not like I put 10,000 calories in my mouth, but, none the less, not very good. And the LAST thing I wanted to do today was get my butt on that elliptical, but I thought, You know what, Q (your new name to me) is routing for me, she is on my side, and I can't, WON'T let her down... So, THANK YOU. I did 20 minutes, 5 songs, and now, I feel great. The last song was getting ready to load on my iPod, and I thought, "oh please, not Glad (by Traffic, which is an 11 minute song), but Dave Brubeck's Times Five comes on (a 6 1/2 minute song), and thought to myself, See, that's what I get. Thanks again Q, you pushed me today, and for that I am grateful! Have an OUTSTANDING Monday!!
