    I understand how you feel. It's hard not to eat sweets. Can you drink diet soda? I know that's not supposed to be all that good for you but in the past I've done that (it has less taste) and then I've been able to cut back on sweets gradually. Try dark chocolate too. Wish you the best! emoticon
