I want to live

It time I start to live and be there for me and my family especially my daughter. Unlike my mother I want to see her grow up and get married and hold my grand children.

"It is rewarding to find someone you like, but it is essential to like yourself.
It is quickening to recognize that someone is a good and decent human being, but it is indispensable to view yourself as acceptable.
It is a delight to discover people who are worthy of respect and admiration and love, but it is vital to believe yourself deserving of these things."

I hope you're having a good weekend so far, Sparkfriend! I just wanted to stop by and share a couple of great quotes with you. Keep pushing to reach your goals, one day at a time. Always believe that you are worth your absolute best effort...because you are!
Hugs,

"My invitation to you is to begin living every moment as though you are miraculous and deserve to live an extraordinary life.
Fake it if you must and keep faking it until it’s real to you. The gift you will be giving yourself is a lifelong journey of discovery, one that is infinite and infinitely rewarding. Begin the journey. Today. This moment. Now."

You can do this. I know it is not easy, but the desire to be here for your children will give you motivation. I felt awful when my son called me lazy. I wanted to cry, but instead I decided right then and there that I would get off my lazy butt and start playing. It was not easy at first, but I did it. We have so much more fun together now. I am happier and healthier than I have ever been. Of course, sometimes that drives my family crazy because I am constantly trying to get all of them to eat healthier too, but it is slowly working. Everyone is trying harder to eat better and to be more active. You can do this. When your little one naps or has some quiet time, don't take that time to relax, or clean, use it to get in some quiet exercise. You will feel better. Good luck and have fun.

"One of the most difficult parts of changing how you live and how you eat is believing that change is possible.
We all say we believe that, but many of us, deep down in our hearts believe that it's possible for other people, but not for us.
That other people can do it, that the glowy warm life we imagine is for other people, not for us.
We have an unconscious belief that we can't do it, it's hopeless, and so, on some level, we stop making an effort.
We lapse into the way it always was or is. But change really is possible.
And it really does take a fierce kind of longing, and a fierce kind of love for yourself.
For the life you know is possible. Ask yourself what you love most of all.
Do you love your life? And are you willing to take action on your own behalf?"

TGIF, Sparkfriend! I hope your week was a good one and that you're ready for a fit, fun and fantastically healthy weekend! Keep your goals in mind and keep taking steps towards them. Remind yourself that you are capable...and love yourself enough to know that you are worth the effort!
Hugs,
Pixie
