My whole life i've been over weight. I've never really known what it felt like to be average. I've always been on the obese side. When i was in high school i was more focused on staying in shape even though i wasn't anywhere close to being 'in shape'. After school everything had gone down hill. I had gained a lot of weight. Its accumulated over the last 7 years. Let's just say i'm now 315 lbs. I am so disgusted with whom i have become. I've noticed i'm miserable all the time. I am always passing on doing what should be fun events because i'm just so out of shape to do anything. I get out of breath by walking up a flight of steps. This isn't me. I want my old self back. I want to know what it feels like to be in ONEderland! i WILL get there!

September 1st - 250 (-16)
October 1st - 237 (-13)

December 1st - 213 (-12) 100lbs lost.

My Program:
-Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
- Consume 1200-1400 cals a day (all healthy)
- Workout 3 days a week.
- 1 hour a day of cardio.
- Consume tons of fruits, veggies, protein, fiber and water!

Personal Information:
Going through an emotional rollercoaster and trying to diet can be difficult, but this time i am not turning to food for comfort. F U food. You have destroyed my life.

    Thank you for your sweet comment! I have been there! That place where you feel hopeless and like you have gone too far in the wrong direction....but I promise you you have the power to turn around and head the other way!!!! Do not sit and focus on getting down 200lbs....take it 10lbs at a time...that feels more attainable....and makes the journey not seem as long or hard! Breaking it up into small goals makes the difference!!! I took it 10lbs at a time and celebrated big at the 100lb gone mark....celebrate the milestones along the way with maybe a mani pedi or something like that and when you hit the huge milestones do something bigger like a get away or shopping spree whatever you love! but dont sit and focus on the big.....focus on the small...every small thing adds up big time! its a process` but you got this!!!! believe in you!!! I promise every tough moment is WORTH IT!!!!!!! I'll be here cheering you on!

    I'm chugging along. Trying to be good. :) With the super bowl coming up I'm sort of worried about my self discipline but I'm sure everything will be ok!
