My short term goal is to get back into the gym habit and lose 5 pounds by the end of September.

My long term goal is to get to 130 by the end of the year.

My Program:
Healthy, freshly prepared vegan food every day.

Going to the gym every weekday, with at least 2 days of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio every day.
