My Goals:
My short term goal is to get back into the gym habit and lose 5 pounds by the end of September. My long term goal is to get to 130 by the end of the year.
My Program:
Healthy, freshly prepared vegan food every day. Going to the gym every weekday, with at least 2 days of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio every day.

I love most kinds of music, but I'm partial to 80s, goth, synth-pop. I love to bake, which is part of the reason why I need to lose weight.
