Hi...I saw that you join the 30 day shred team today. Did you do your first workout today? I did this morning Wow! But I have to say I really love it...it really forces me to push myself more. Are you planning on doing it everyday or every other day? My plans were every other day.
I just thought I would stop by because we are starting about the same time and we could encourage or chat about it while we move up on either days or levels : )
