Biggest Loser Tangerine Team

I started out in Aug of 2014 with foot problems, so I could barely move. I finally got them feeling better in the summer and then in July, my back started killing me. I think it is finally starting to get better. I sure hope so, because I need to get back into shape.

1. Get back into shape so that I can skate and run better.
2. Lose 18 pounds
3. Get my waist to 26 inches and my hips to 36 inches

My Program:
1. I am skating at least 3 days a week for 90 min.

2. I am going to the rec center to swim, do strength exercise, line dance and run/walk.

3. Logging in my food and water daily
