Loves to Ice Skate

I have had so many foot problems this year that I was hardly moving. Unfortunately, when I don''t move, I eat. I have gained 17 pounds and weigh the most I have for 15 years. Getting back into it though, so I am happy

1. Get back into shape so that I can skate and run better.
2. Lose 18 pounds
3. Get my waist to 26 inches and my hips to 36 inches

My Program:
1. I am skating at least 3 days a week for 90 min.

2. I am going to the rec center to swim, do strength exercise, line dance and run/walk.

3. Logging in my food and water daily
