Hello All, My Name is Kelly Mahoney and I live in Central Florida. I consider myself an aspiring ragamuffin. Not ragamuffin as in a cat or a rag picker or something, but a ragamuffin as defined below:

Be able to walk and run without my thighs rubbing together and chafing.
Increase endurance when running so that I can sustain a running pace for 60 minutes.
Learn to keep my core activated, and carry myself with better posture.
I am tracking food, exercise, and water intake.
I am STILL nursing an aggravated foot so exercise is nore challenging than ever. I am committed to 10+ minutes ST a day and 20 minutes cardio.
I am working on establishing a more regular sleep cycle. My goal is to get a minimum of 6 hrs sleep at night.
I am making it a point to connect with each of my Spark Teams at least two times per week, and each of my Spark Friends at least once a week.
