Val Will Not Give Up!
Since joining SparkPeople I have made healthier nutrition and regular fitness a daily goal. I have a few unhealthy habits I'm still working on breaking. I love taking fitness classes at the local college as well as using a recumbent exercise bike, stability and BOSU Ball with weights at home. Walking is also a major pleasure for me that I get in when the weather permits.

My Goals:
The eat Cleaner and Exercise consistanly To lose 5 - 10 lbs a month. To do cardio 5 - 7 times a week. To do strength training exercises 3 times a week. Forgive myself for not being perfect and continue onward.
My Program:
Continue to take advantage of the Spark site by Tracking my Food intake and my Fitness. Create an upward spiral with positive self talk and by reaching specific nutrition and fitness goals

I live in upstate NY. I am married , the mother of three boys, and a Grandmother to a 10 year old Granddaughter.
