Last week I took a week long family vacation it was exactly what I needed to reset my life......I feel so genuinely blessed that I plan on taking more time to just relish life.

I am always busy with sooo much. I have my good days and my off days. I can go for months until eventually I poop out and then I am slowly out of sorts inching back toward my starting weight. In light of this, I continue on as I have worked too hard to get where I am at and at the same time I know small ...

I am always busy with sooo much. I have my good days and my off days. I can go for months until eventually I poop out and then I am slowly out of sorts inching back toward my starting weight. In light of this, I continue on as I have worked too hard to get where I am at and at the same time I know small setbacks are going to happen...its not the end of the world,

I must find a happy balance. I do over do it with working out or what I select to indulge. For the most part i do know a steady balance will keep me stable so going at it like a crazy women is NOT exactly the route to take.

I love to work out and for the most part I do eat healthy. I just have to stop rushing things and stop focusing on the future. I must stay in the present moment and live day to day knowing eventually I will be in my happy place and meanwhile be happy along the way.

I remember to do alot of things what I forget is to take better care of myself, taking time to recharge; rejuvenate; relish the simplicity in my life; take the world in and just love everything about it.

I feel like a new person!

I decorate cakes and I like taking photographs. I'm a busy mom of 2 teenagers. We have short of a zoo in our home with 3 cats and 3 dogs. The Fall is my favorite time of year! I'm a big kid, love to camp; ride bike and anything but having to work.

It's been one month with my BodyBugg and I love it because it forces me to stay accountable. I am a visual person and when I see that I have eaten more than I have burned, it gets my butt up! I was working out and eating right for three weeks before I got the Bug and lost 3 pounds. In the four weeks since I have had the bug, I lost 8. So I increased my pounds lost per week from 1 to 2. I think it is a great investment.
