Welcome Back!!! CONGRATS on reaching your goal! You DO need to do something to celebrate! That is awesome!

I am good... still Sparkin' it up... hit that plateau forever ago and last summer gave in to try a 'diet' after basically trying everything else... it didn't work either but it got me out of the strict food tracking habit - which resulted in about a 15 pound gain!? Ugh... apparently - making the scale go the wrong way is still easy - it's just getting it to move in the right direction!? However - I am not giving up... I WILL breakthrough and get back to losing... I love my life - so even if I never 'break the barrier' - I am much better for it and I can't really complain!

Unfortunately its all about the cardio cals burned - so just keep moving and keep the old heart rate UP!
