I am Rakhee.through sparkpeople i am finally starting my journey towards weight loss.
There have been multiple failed attempts which were also half hearted attempts.I have been carrying an extra baggage since 8 years and which i cannot even relate to.So i decided its high time i get back to a person whom i know and am comfortable with.When so far we have made soo many achievements in life why should just 'weight-loss' be an impossible task?

My Goals:
Lose 35lbs and fit into what i can relative to!

My Program:
so this is in brief what am doing now.On a daily basis i try to do these:-
1.Track my food/fitness.
2.Do 1 new YOU bootcamp video.
3.Do the 28 day bootcamp video for that particular day.
4.Do 1 video each of Dumbbells and yoga!
5.Plus stay as active as i can.
I am watching everything i am putting in my mouth...And reading plenty of articles/motivational stories on SP.

I am from Kerala which is called God's own country,in India....
