There's nothing wrong with having to start over. Don't be discouraged when you overeat, or eat the "wrong" things and gain a few pounds. It's bound to happen. You cannot go your whole life without having that little something that you crave once in awhile. Just make sure you are strong enough to put yourself back on the right track before it's too late.

I used to be a self proclaimed "Carb Nazi" from the advice of a nutritionist. Once I broke the Carb Addiction, I hit a serious plateu, and an unhealthy one at that. I was lucky to eat 1100 calories a day, with a max of 135 carbs per day. After a few years, my body started to literally hurt, and I was physically and mentally exhausted. All the time.

At that point, I decided to make a change, and started focusing more on a balanced diet, geared more toward the plate system. Currently, this seems to be working for me, though I'm still in the "feeling guilty" stage, because I'm eating more carbs than I have in years. But, on the bright side, my body has returned to the normal feeling, and I'm energized and ready to go!

THIS is why I say never give up. Even if you need to constantly change your approach, hard work and determination will go a long way.

My Program:
I have PCOS, so I was on a very low carb diet for a long time. it took a toll on me. Now, I am focused more on the "plate" system, creating a balanced diet.
I excersize 3-4 times a week currently.

Personal Information:
I've had weight issues ever since I had back surgery at 19. But, I'm here now, and ready to work to get it off and keep it off!!

I am originally from a small town in Central New York (or Upstate, depending on where you are from!! HaHa) called Lowville. Currently I am residing in a very small town in between Syracuse and Utica.

Other Information:
I quote movies ALL THE TIME... Especially when I know it's going to make someone laugh.
