I want to get control of my weight issues once and for all.
My photos taken in December 2011 made me realize I have to do something!

One year later- Nov. 2012 and I am still fighting my weight! Can't give up! Bought the book Lose It For Life! by Dr. Stephen Arterburn and Dr. Linda Mintle. I want to find others using this book.

Five months later and I begin AGAIN... Pray for me as I begin this journey.

Thank you for visiting my blog and your sweet comment. I most certainly do appreciate your prayers. With a DH and Son who suffer from severe depression, PTSD and are both bipolar, it has been difficult to say the least, but I am so grateful to the Lord that He has blessed my son and he has a changed attitude and has been so much better since Christmas. I think that was God's gift to both of us. I just thank Him every day my son has a good day. I added you as a friend if that's OK
