I AM WORKING ON BECOMING A HEALTHIER ME!
1). Portion control doing it! No problem! 2). Drinking 8 to 15 cups fo water is a habit! Doing it everyday! 3). Eating between 4 and 8 fruits and veggies a day! Lots of steamed veggies, salads and fruit salads! Loving it! 4). Except when I am sick, I am exercising every day! Jogging and walking at the track with my Husband and best friend Rip is my exercise . I am focusing on getting the strength training back in to my plan three days a week --starting ...

I am focusing on getting the strength training back in to my plan three days a week --starting on Monday--8/24/09--wish me luck! 5). I am taking better care of myself and learning to love myself! It is fun doing stuff now and I buy myself something at least once a week now! It doesn't have to be expensive--just something I like that makes me smile! 6). I sleep better when I exercise--so I am trying to make sure I do some type of exercise every day! 7). I track my nutriention and fitness using the SP trackers. 8). I read the articles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is really helping me to figure out what I am doing wrong and to make the necessary changes! 9). I now have a buddy Diane and it really helps having someone that you are accountable to. It also helps keep it fun!
