Lighter, Faster, Tougher!!

That's my motto for 2011. My work schedule has really hindered me from meeting some of my goals, but today is a new day and I am back on track.

Being fit, healthy and active outdoors are some of the most important aspects to my life.

I enjoy a variety of activities to keep me healthy and motivated. Triathlons are my favorite event.

nice to meet you!

yes, i'm in holding pattern on the weight...i am very small boned so i think i could get under 120lbs...i am trying to not look at the scale right now....it took me a year to get into this predicament, why would i think it would take only 3 months to get out???

so i am trying to apply some of my 38 year old wisdom to my body situation....and i am making progress.....hey, my boobies are no longer 4 plexing---now they are 2 plexed in a size c bra...now that's progress when i fit my bra LOL.....

Hey girl! i think i figured out how to show my plans.....ive been packing up stuff for the tri!!! i do believe that i have an easier time tracking bc i can do it on my phone but im busier than you haha sometimes.. :) see ya tomorrow!!

Hi Randi! Good to hear from you and excited to see the updates to your page. I am doing well but you can always check my weekly blogs for more details. I am volunteering at church now on Monday nights which leaves a little less time for other things but I am working to balance my life and make time for health related goals as well as marriage, friends, hobbies, etc. I can't believe it is already March!!
