Back and Ready to Fight!

I am currently focusing on weight training. I joined a bodybuilding site and am currently following the Bizzy Diet 21 Day Work Out Plan. It is pretty intense, but I need a big boost and am hoping this will get me where I need to be. I have a hypothyroid so losing is a struggle for me that is why I need the support of Spark to help me through.

I am currently trying to shed fat and gain muscle. I am giving my body a boost by trying a pretty intense work out for 21 Days. I would like to see about a 15 pound lose

Bizzy 21 Day Workout
20 minute interval on treadmill
5 lower or upper body work out 2 X through
Treadmill 10 minutes

Thanks for the goodie. I have been sick lately and been away. Still pluggin away never givin up especially now that I'm under my preprego weight and so close to my final goal. I'll try to stop by later tonight when Gavin goes to bed. I don't like to be online when he's up and we are normally doing something to keep him busy.
