Back and Ready to Fight!

I am currently focusing on weight training. I joined a bodybuilding site and am currently following the Bizzy Diet 21 Day Work Out Plan. It is pretty intense, but I need a big boost and am hoping this will get me where I need to be. I have a hypothyroid so losing is a struggle for me that is why I need the support of Spark to help me through.

HI RANEY!
Glad to hear that your hubby is leveling out.
Ya this weight thing is miserable.

I'm basically down to one normal sized meal a day and two smaller ones that any normal person would consider a snack. I do eat a bit more on days I work out hard, like a day in the garden doing a lot of shoveling, sawing and pruning.

I'm at the point now that I'm simply thankful to be healthy!
But you are a LOT younger than I am so what goes for me (menopausal) is not the same for you!
