Ready!

I'm ready for many new things in 2014, and my health and fitness will be just one of my personal goals....so, new goals for the new year, even if I am starting a little late! Last year I started my weight loss journey (yet again) and plan to achieve it this year.

Friends recommend SP as a great community and support system. I'm hoping this will work for me as well. I have a renewed interest in blogging and I'm looking forward to reading about everyone's road to their own ...

My Goals:
1/13: Ideally, I am shooting to lose the 50 lbs I have been struggling with since my youngest (this is pathetic, but he is now 11) was born.

It's time to get it gone!

Highest weight July 2013 248 lbs. Not very pretty.

Start weight for Spark: 228 lbs. January 2014.

Start weight on Isagenix: 211 lbs. April 2014.

One-der-land: 199.9 lbs. May 2014

Pre-pregnancy weight (for third child): 187.4 June 2014

June 2014: Also reduced my weight loss goal from 180 lbs to 160 lbs. I realize 180 lbs is just not enough to have a healthy BMI and I am still uncomfortable with the extra weight.

My Program:
1/14: Reduced carb intake, walking daily with a view to join a gym and start weight training to tone.

4/14: Isagenix program 30 days. Pushing to get into one-der-land now.

5/14: Continue Isagenix for a second month. Started kickboxing once a week and upped my walking distance to a minimum of 5 miles 3x a week.

Personal Information:
From Central NJ for my entire life, but have been lucky enough to travel the world several times over.

3 children, older than I'd like to admit, all boys.

Other Information:
Plans to be as sexy as my Sexy board on Pinterest!

Happy Sunday to ya! It's a beautiful day here so I'm guess it is for you too :) Did you have a nice 4th? We had our fireworks at our lake last night. That was fun. Got a walk in this morning & started laundry again - guess it will be a day of chores, but enjoying some sunshine too! Have a great week!

"If I could give one tip for people - it's not an exercise or nutrition regimen. It's to walk your talk and believe in yourself, because at the end of the day, the dumbbell and diet don't get you in shape. It's your accountability to your word."

I have to say, the liquid diet day wasn't bad at all... course I blew it the following day (but we won't go there right now!). Congrats on getting ready to do round 3!!! I think it is a little easier when we have a plan to follow - I know it helps me. I'm hoping to get back on track this week since I'm back to work and done with the parties... we shall see!

Sun is shining... let's hope it stays that way this week! Keep up the excellent work ;)

Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul.

Sending you some sunshine to brighten your day as you have brightened mine *hugs*
