Current goals: Get 500 fitness minutes in August 2014. Do yoga for 30 days straight. Get my waist:hip ratio down to .79 by the end of December 2014. Find out the caloric value of foods I eat regularly (a lot of it isn't available on this site) by the end of August 2014.
Reduce the sugary beverages in my diet to no more than three a week. Write about negative feelings in my journal instead of snacking. Exercise must be fun- dancing, walking, rebounding, yoga, tae-bo, stability ball. Strength training- using resistance bands right now. Know the caloric values of foods I eat regularly and watch my portion sizes. Improve my self-image and self-esteem. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. Drink 8 cups of water daily. Use this site daily. Celebrate my success. Reach out to more people. Have faith and pray!

it's good to see you in Sparkland, how are you doing? I am doing fine but hubby is not so well he just did a surgery about one month now and he is trying to feel better,we are coming to Jamaica next year April for a Family Reunion, we cam plan and get together and have Lunch or some Ice cream at Devon House,take care and hope to see you.Elaine.
