Raspberry Renaissance

Gotta get (and keep it) real now - it's been a rough few months - in fact the whole year has really stunk on ice! I'm pretty sure I've regained what I've lost to date (I tend to overeat when stressed - sigh......

SOOOOOOOOO - the Spark journey restarts NOW........if I can only get a handle on the relentless stress that's been dogging my every step since May.......

A better body and overall health - and a neater appearance in suits would be a good thing, too (as much as I HATE suits) :)

No formal plan for now, but a basic cleanup of bad habits and refocusing on stress and emotional eating issues.....of course, the ultimate stress resolution will be getting re-employed :)

Thanks for commenting on my blog. There really isn't a solution for the situation. My husband worries about me and doesn't want me to get hurt. I was just venting hoping it would help...but it didn't.

I wanted to hit snooze several times...
But I got up anyways...

I dreaded my morning walk...
But I did 2 miles instead of one...

I wanted to eat pancakes....
But I ate oatmeal instead...

I did not want to go the gym today...
But I went and gave it my all...

I fought cravings all day long...
But I crave Results even more...
