After a year of battling with my weight, and trying to go Gluten Free for my health, I have decided to go online for support. I have always been active, but my busy lifestyle as created a problem of eating late and eating wrong. My goal is to lose 95 lbs and final goal weight is 115lbs. I currently live in Northern IL. I am a graduate student in the city and commute most of the week. I ride the train so the commute is not that bad but it is horrible for starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
My main goal is to reach 115 lbs.
