Increasing my inner Spark!

When I started this journey I wasn't filled with motivation but with determination to just do it! I'll admit the first steps even the 1st day were hard! Once I started reaching my goal the rush that came with it turned into motivation to reach further, try harder and never quit! Just thinking about how far I have already come gets me pumped to do more! Now I have my motivation and with that the will to keep going! Peer support and inspiration has also helped allot! Current Status:
RAVENCLAW-ANGIE is thinking it might be a good idea to replace the "toggle" thing for my tracker as the current one is acting weird and disconnecting at random times! :(

My Goals:
1. To become physically fit!
2. To become healthy weight inside my BMI range!
3. To motivate not only myself but those around me!

My Program:
1. Using my Spark Tracker I only continue to raise the number of steps taken daily. I will also build up my speed and endurance until I can run a mile easily. First I will keep walking whenever possible until I can go a mile without being winded. Next step is to introduce speed walking until I can again go a mile without being winded. Next step would be jogging with the same goal in mind. Lastly would be running a mile or two! Plus I told a friend that when I am running we are so doing a Color Run!

3. Just talking about how far I have come and how much I have done pumps up my motivation and talking with other seems to spread that spark into a wild fire. I will keep up spreading my accomplishments in hopes of sparking many others!
