SP and my trainer have helped me "relearn" what healthy/diet is. As someone who's struggled with anorexia all of my adult life, I've always been afraid of calories & fat---each day trying to consume LESS than the day before. Knowing what is a healthy range, having goals, and learning to incorporate more protein, healthy carbs, and healthy fats has been incredibly freeing. I'm feeling good about my size, weight, fitness level and eating habits. Thanks to all of you who have made this a fun/interesting learning experience!!!!

My Goals:
My goal is to get back down to the weight that I'm happy at. I am "recovering" from an eating disorder that has been a part of my life since college. I need to find a healthy balance between healthy and obsessed!!!!

My Program:
Trying to stay committed to eating well (and letting go of-or even allowing- occassional diet failures). I aim for excercise 5 days a week and try to find workouts that are effective, but time efficient. I can't wait for spring, when I can get back out and run a few times a week!!
