Hello I'm Raynna. I'm a mother of three very busy children. One, of which, will be a teenager in less than a month. Yikes! My husband and I have been together 15 years this year. We've been together since I was 16 and started our family not long after actually. I never had issues with my weight until I became pregnant. I had two miscarriages before we were able to carry full term then there was 1 and 2 and 3! Being pregnant for basically five years in a row was terrible to my body and I never took the time afterward for MY recovery. Now is MY time. My husband and I are going to an island in the Caribbean for our 15th anniversary and I will not be the fattest woman on the beach again! I'm excited for the future for the first time in a very long time.

My Goals:
My goals are to eat healthy and lose first 50lbs then another 50 then maybe another 20lbs. All I'm worried about right now is the first 50lbs. Another goal of mine is to do a 5K this summer. Another is to look good for our vacation this summer as well. Those are my goals and I plan on reaching everyone of them. Bring it on!

My Program:
Some of the things that I am doing to reach my goals are the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker. I am careful of what I eat now and the calories that are going into my body. I also am working out 35 mins. 5 days a week for a month then it gets bumped up to 60 mins 5 days a week. I also get on here for motivation and anything else I need to keep me on track to reach my goals!
