I'VE BEEN OVERWEIGHT SINCE I WAS 11 YEARS OLD WHEN I HAD TO STOP PLAYING & SETTLE DOWN FOR MY EXAMS TO GET INTO HIGH SCHOOL, THEN PUBERTY HIT & I WAS SCREWED. AT 16 I LOST MAYBE 30 LBS BUT FUNNY ENOUGH I REALIZED I NEVER TOOK TOO MANY PICTURES & DIDN'T LOOK IN THE MIRROR MUCH AS TO ME I THOUGHT I LOOKED THE SAME WAY AS I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW HOW I LOOKED BEFORE (STRANGE HUH? I DIDN'T KNOW HOW I REALLY LOOKED :(. I'M 27 NOW. I THINK I HAVE GAINED BACK THE WEIGHT BUT I KNOW I'M NOT AS FAT AS I WAS ...

I DID A SUGRERY AT AGE 24 & THAT CAUSED ME TO GAIN SOME WEIGHT AS WELL AS BEING ON THE PILL. MY FATHER DIED LAST YEAR DUE TO COMPLICATIONS WITH HIS WEIGHT, HEART DISEASE & UNCONTROLLED TYPE 2 DIABETES. I GOT SCARED INTO JOINING THE GYM. I HAVEN'T BEEN DEDICATED TO IT AND SIGNED UP FOR A YEAR :s. I NEED TO CHANGE ^_^, NEED TO CHANGE MY OUTLOOK SO I CAN FINALLY SHED THE WEIGHT FOR GOOD BEFORE I HAVE KIDS. I NEED TO LOOK AT LONG TERM HEALTH AS WELL AS BOTH PARENTS HAVE DIABETES & IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY.

My Goals:
In addition to the ones below, new goal: THINNER FOR 30!! I have until November 2013. lol. To love all of me, rolls, cellulite and all. ^_^. My weight doesn't define me. I would like to treat my body better. In the process I'd like to lose weight and improve my overall fitness and endurance. I wanna be able to wear shorts and feel good about it. I want my legs to not rub for once. I'd like to get rid of my chicken wing arms and arm cleavage. I'd like to get back my flat abs, despite being overweight. B4 my myomectomy I was overweight but i had flat abs. I used to wear bikinis whilst covering up my bum but I showed my tummy and that was big for me.
My Program:
Now doing the 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Also dancing to videos such as Gangnam Style (really good cardio btw ^_^) Also been going downstairs at work to refill my water bottle maybe 3 or 4 times for the day and I sprint up the stairs stepping on the balls of my feet and heel hanging off the step for more resistance.Also every time I go to the bathroom I do 10 squats and 10 wall pushups. I've been noticing these have been making a difference.

I also try to hustle while working 9 to 5 by doing jewellery & cupcakes: I try to hustle and hopefully one day I can kiss the corporate world goodbye and have them as clients. ;)
