I want to lose weight. 125lbs to be exact. I'm looking at 10lbs/per month. Yes! It's ambitious! But I know I can do it!
I'm doing Weight Watchers in addition to seeing a nutritionist and exercising at least 30 minute every day.
I'm from the SF Bay Area. I just got married this past Halloween. I don't want to be a size 2 because let's face it, I will NEVER be a size 2. Maybe a size 10, but not a size 2. I'd be happy as a size 10 though.
I just started a new blog documenting my adventures in learning to live a more simple life. I have a few new posts and plan on adding a lot more. I started this with the hope to possibly help others that are starting out down a similar path.
Thank you SO much for your awesome comments and advice! Yeah, it's probably just going to take my husband and I really putting our foot down and taking an unpopular stance on what our kids eat until everyone is used to it. Argh. So nervous. My mother-in-law is the cheapest person alive and basically buys frozen pizza by the bulk. It's her ONLY answer to what to feed the kids when we are away (she babysits while we work). I'm going to have to start cooking for the entire week to ensure they have healthy lunches, aren't I?
Well, it comes down to...what is most important to me and how much work will I put into it?
