SUMMER DRESSES - I WANT TO WEAR ONE.

I have struggled with my weight ever since college, and I am loving the SPARK because of the community, the program, the fact that I don't have to go to meetings every week, and this web site.

I want so many things to be different, but the biggest thing is to be able to shop at any store and know they will have my size, be able to wear skirts and dresses without my thighs rubbing, and to feel confident to go out more often knowing I look good. So that's that - my motivation ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to get to a comfortable weight while eating fairly normally (no weird diet stuff).

I want to be able to shop at any store and know they will have my size.

I want to be able to wear skirts and dresses without my thighs rubbing. I used to wear summer dresses all the time, and these last few years I've felt robbed of that nice summer aspect.

I want to feel confident to go out more often knowing I look good.

So that's that - my motivation and my drive to keep going. I have no expectations to look like a super model, but I can look my best and feel good about it.

My Program:
Well I have just started, so I'm trying to establish a program.

I just try to get through everyday within my calorie range, drink water, and get 120 minutes of workout time in per week.

I don't have specific days I work out because sometimes I'll knock out a 2 hr exercise session in one day...biking or something. Some times I'll do little bits each day. But I'm definitely tracking it - even little sessions of gardening, etc!

Other Information:
I love the outdoors - I'm a landscape designer. I love animals and all things nature. I used to be an online marketing consultant but decided to switch careers. I don't make as much money now, but I am SO much happier...
