Thank you for your kind support wrt my blog - DH will be OK........he has a very clunkily-designed minivan, but it took the impact fairly well.........the way he described the incident, however, shook me - literally......I was physically shaking for a few minutes after I disconnected the call!

And to make things even more stressful, apparently this weather system really did damage throughout a lot of the Northeast reasons - nasty wrecks and *fatalities*...........even *walking short distances* was challenging :(

Now I'm dealing with anxiety over the potential impact (as it were) on our auto insurance premium (you see, I live in a horrible place for those kinds of things - and no, moving is NOT an option).......

Again, thank you for your support - I think I'm gonna get offline and "hibernate" for a bit........

Can't say that the nice, long vacation was always a joy. We were sick half the time, I'm recovering from Balinese pneumonia now, and the house was a pigsty from Bill's brother. As he put it, and I can't say this in the blog because he reads it, "Your office is the only room where I didn't break something." Sadly, it was true. He had bought a string mop, which I asked him about. "Oh, I was going to mop the floor with it but didn't get around to it." I replied, "It isn't too late!" but he took the damn thing home with him without applying it.

We came back so gradually, via a series of flights and stopovers from Bali to New York, and I slept so long after getting here, that jet lag really wasn't an issue.

Hi That is so good. You found her on pinterest that was a good find. Is your friend a walker or using the gym. You might be able to do some of that.
No matter what you now have a long time friend close by. Do you live any where near you and DH do?

It was a good time to find your friend because now it will be better. HUGS and much LOVE Pat in Maine.
