I think that water really is different than other beverages in terms of how our bodie uses it and a lot of those other drinks can affect our appetite esp if there are artificial sweeteners. I always hated the water where I worked so I can undertand not going for water. I don't like it really cold and sometimes city water tastes funny if it isn't that cold. You can try a number of additions to plain old water, maybe you'll find one that you like. a pitcher of water in the fridge with slices of lemon, or orange, or a glass of water with some frozen rasberries popped in can be really tasty. cucumber is another addition that some people like. Experiment...hope you'll find a solution. In the meantime, so many find it helpful to have a specific container so they know that when it's emptied they have done their water for the day.
