So as I am reflecting on the year I realized, this weight thing is not seeming to happen, but I have gotten healthier and more active, while the weight seems stagnant.
So this year's resolution is just that, a push for the healthy and active lifestyle! My goal is to walk/ jog/run in a race every month this year! I have some long term goals and challenges like walking 2016 miles this year (not including work mileage) and trying out some other month long or more challenges.
As I just hit my 32nd birthday there as so many things I want in life, family, health, fun... I realize as I take care of myself more and do more for me, it is making me feel better about myself!
So cheers to 2016 and the many miles that lay before me and all of us!
Complete 2,016 exercise miles either walking, jogging, or running!
Complete a race every month this year!
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Attend at least 5 classes at the gym each month.
Run the Year!
Signed up for and complete a race every month.
Headed to the gym as scheduled in planner.

Current Locale: NO VA
I am finishing out the year as a reading specialist working with 1st, 3rd- 5th. This summer I will be teaching Kindergarten for Summer School. Next year I will be a 3rd grade teacher. I also privately tutor. In other words, I do a ton!
I love walking/jogging, biking, camping, rafting/ canoeing, and so much else.
