    welcome back to sparks people, this time with conviction. emoticon

    Get involved, be involved with a few teams that meet your needs and interests (shared). Step away from the computer and work on some spark fitness videos and get moving (I am sure you are not always at the computer). Try to start very simply with simple goals and simple objectives.
    Follow the Getting Started Guide (on the right side bar of this page) to help you work out some of your fitness goals and you food tracking (which will help you be aware of what is actually going into your body) ... play with the numbers between fitness and caloric intake and find what works for you.

    Get involved in one of the Quick Start streaks.
    Jumping in and getting organized is a great way to find people with common interests and goals and also folks who have been where you are now and have figured a few things out.

    The more involved you get, the more successful you will be.
