My Goals:
My goal is to not reach a decade of being overweight. I started gaining weight when I was 13 and I will turn 23 this year. I want to face new adventures, like starting law school, as a happier and healthier me!

My Program:
Making small changes is key for me. I have been all about the "quick fixes" before. Now it's about making healthy decisions that are realistic for my every day life.

Personal Information:
Originally from just north of Baltimore, MD, I moved to San Antonio, TX almost five years ago to attend college at The University of Texas at San Antonio. I graduated in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude and Highest Honors in the Honors College). I've studied abroad to Italy, attended a pre-law school program, and interned on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. I love meeting new people and helping others meet their goal. If you want to be in contact with me, my e-mail is (I'm also on gchat all the time, haha)

I saw your status and was thinking it was in relation to weight loss. If so, just realize that the first few weeks are the hardest, but once habits are formed, things become easier. The important thing is to be committed to yourself. Welcome to SP!
